The closed-account problem

When a PayPal account is closed or limited, bank feeds and activity exports stop working — but your accounting and tax obligations don't. If you saved PDF statements (or can still log in read-only to download them), those PDFs are the complete record of the account.

What to do

  1. Gather every monthly PDF statement you have — email archives often hold them too.
