Click any cell to edit before exporting. Amber rows need your judgment — the statement's own numbers didn't add up there, so the fee was left at 0 and the row is tagged in every export. Nothing disappears silently.

Three steps. No retyping.

PayPal won't give you accounting-ready exports. We will — from the PDF you already have.

1
Drop the PDF

Any monthly PayPal statement — current account, old history, even closed accounts. The file is parsed on your computer and never leaves it.

2
Review & verify

Every payment is split into gross, fee and net. The balance check proves transactions add up from beginning to ending balance — before you import.

3
Export anywhere

CSV and Excel for spreadsheets. QBO/OFX for QuickBooks and Xero — with payee names and duplicate-safe IDs that CSV imports lose.

Built for people who reconcile

Not another generic PDF tool — a converter that understands what a PayPal statement actually is.

🧮Gross / Fee / Net split

PayPal fees land as expenses, not missing income. Your P&L stays honest.

Balance verification

"Reconciled to the penny" or a warning with the exact dollar gap — nothing disappears silently.

📥True QBO/OFX files

QuickBooks & Xero imports with payees, memos and dedup IDs — not a lossy CSV workaround.

✏️Edit before export

Fix a description or amount right in the table. What you export is what you approved.

🌍Multi-currency aware

USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, PHP, SGD and more — detected automatically.

Fast on purpose

A 200-transaction statement parses in about a second. Deadlines respected.

Private by architecture, not by promise

Most converters upload your statement to their servers and promise to delete it. Ours can't leak what it never receives: parsing happens entirely in your browser. Load the page, disconnect from the internet — it still works. Read how →

Questions, answered

Is my financial data safe?

Yes — by architecture. The file is processed entirely in your browser and never uploaded to any server. Load the page, go offline, and it still works. There's nothing for us to store, lose, or leak.

Why can't I just export this from PayPal?

PayPal offers no QBO/OFX export, and its activity downloads don't cover closed accounts or history before you connected a bank feed. For those, the PDF statement is all that exists — and that's what this tool reads.

Does it work with old or closed PayPal accounts?

Yes. Any PDF statement you can download — or already have sitting in a folder — works. That's the point.

What if my statement doesn't parse?

Email it to formats@footed.app and we'll add support for your layout within days — usually faster. Every format we add makes the parser better for everyone.

Do you support other statements — Stripe, banks, marketplaces?

PayPal is first because it's the most painful. Stripe, Square, Wise and bank statements are on the roadmap — tell us what you need when you unlock.

Stop retyping statements.

Your first statement is free. It takes less time than reading this sentence took.
